1. Q: How long does delivery take?
A: In-Stock Products: Shipping from US local warehouses usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping from China warehouses usually takes 7 to 12 business days(Countries other than the United States typically ship from China).
Custom-Made Products: Ships within 4-6 weeks
2. Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: All over the world, we can deliver except as prohibited.
3. Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Except for the United States, which has warehouses for local shipping, all other locations ship from China.
US: Shipping from a US warehouse: $1.99
Shipping from China to the US: $1.99
Canada: $6.99
Asian countries: $5.99
Other Countries (The remaining countries):$7.99
4. Q: How long to ship my delivery?
A: Usually, orders will be shipped within 48 hours on a weekday. Tracking number will be provided.
5. Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on route.
6. Q: What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered?

Tracking Your Order
Once the order status shows"In Transit," which means the order was shipped out.
