GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION from Newrara

Our Newrara Guarantee of Satisfaction backs every item sold on this website. If you are not completely satisfied with any in-stock item you order on this website, you may return it, unused and unworn, for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. For details, please check the return, exchange, and cancellation policy below:

Return Policy:

•All problems with orders must be addressed within 30 days of receipt of your order, or we will not be able to accept an item for exchange or return.

•All returns or exchanges need prior authorization from us. Don't hesitate to get in touch with newraragraduation@gmail.com for authorization and return address before you return it.

•All returned merchandise will be charged a 10% repacking, cleaning & restocking fee.

•Customized items can not be returned or refunded if it is not a company error.

•Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. All orders are handled and shipped according to the handling and shipping method chosen by the customer. We are not responsible for any delivery delay if the customer has chosen an improper shipping method.

•Requests to return items due to quality issues, wrong size & color, handling delay, and other company errors, you must send us photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. After confirmation, we will solve the problem ASAP.

•Please note that the refund doesn't include shipping cost; also, if the return and exchange is not our fault, we shall not cover the return shipping cost.

•If the return is authorized, we will issue the refund within 30 days after we receive your returned item.

Exchange Policy:

•Main steps for exchange are the same as the return policy. Please follow the above instructions.

•If the exchange is acceptable,  the correct item for exchange will be shipped to you once we confirm the item has been returned.

Cancellation Policy:

•You can cancel the in-stock item order if the order does not ship out. Once it has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

•All custom items cannot be cancelled after you place the order because the order is customized only for you and cannot be resold.

•If you wish to cancel an order which already shipped out, you must mail the order back after you have received it as a return. Check the return policy for details.

•Please note that original processing and shipping costs will not be refunded, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any return shipping.

•If you refuse to receive the order after we ship out the item, the order will not be refunded unless you return it.
