Our Newrara Guarantee of Satisfaction backs every item sold on this website. If you are not completely satisfied with any in-stock item you order on this website, you may return it, unused and unworn, for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Return & Exchange Policy:

  • 30-Day Limit: All order issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your items.
  • Prior Authorization Required: Contact newraragraduation@gmail.com for approval and the return address before sending anything back.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% repacking, cleaning & restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
  • Customized Items: Cannot be returned or refunded unless the issue was caused by our company.
  • Delivery Dates: Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by an unsuitable shipping method chosen by the customer.
  • Quality or Company Errors: For issues such as wrong size, color, defects, or delays caused by us, customers must provide photos or clear evidence. Once confirmed, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • Return Shipping Cost: If the return is not due to our fault, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refund Processing: Once the return is authorized and the item is received, refunds will be issued within 30 days.
  • Exchanges: Follow the same steps as returns. If approved, the replacement item will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

Cancellation Policy:

•You can cancel the in-stock item order if the order does not ship out. Once it has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

•All custom items cannot be cancelled after you place the order because the order is customized only for you and cannot be resold.

•If you wish to cancel an order which already shipped out, you must mail the order back after you have received it as a return. Check the return policy for details.

•Please note that original processing and shipping costs will not be refunded, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any return shipping.

•If you refuse to receive the order after we ship out the item, the order will not be refunded unless you return it.
